The date for the Spring Open Forum and Voter’s Meeting is Sunday, June 23rd. The Open Forum begins at 1:00 pm and the Voter’s Meeting will follow immediately after the Forum. Both will be held in the Fellowship Hall.

The main topics are about the church & school budget for 2024-2025 and proposed changes to St. Paul’s Constitution. All St. Paul’s men 18 years and older are voting members and are encouraged to attend this important meeting.

Copies of the Open Forum & Voter’s Meeting agenda and proposed changes to St. Paul’s Church constitution are now available on a table by the Fellowship Hall doors for you to review.

These are the final version of the proposed changes which were first discussed at the last regular Voter’s Meeting and which will be presented for discussion and approval at the Open Forum and Voter’s Meeting on Sunday June 23 at 1 pm in the Fellowship hall. Please note that the primary proposed changes in the document are highlighted in red.
