The Summer Care Program at St. Paul’s Lutheran School exists to serve the community of Fort Atkinson by offering a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for children ages 3 years to 12 years old during the summer months. Summer Care is available from June 1 through to the start of the school year in August. It runs from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Earlier care is available upon request) There is a $30 supply fee, to be paid with registration. The cost for care is $5.00/hour for each child, and will be billed weekly. For those families who didn’t qualify for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, we offer financial assistance to those who require it. Please download and fill out the form and return it to the school office at your convenience.
Every school year, we provide parents and legal guardians with the proper Wisconsin Schedule PS Private School Tuition tax form. Use Schedule PS to claim the subtraction for tuition paid in current school year for your dependent child to attend a private school.
Every school year, we like to keep updated records of each of our school families. Please download and fill out our family roster sheet and return it to the school office at your convenience.
State law requires all public and private school students to present written evidence of immunization against certain diseases within 30 school days of admission.
