For those families who didn’t qualify for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, we offer financial assistance to those who require it. Please download and fill out the form and return it to the school office at your convenience.
Every school year, we provide parents and legal guardians with the proper Wisconsin Schedule PS Private School Tuition tax form. Use Schedule PS to claim the subtraction for tuition paid in current school year for your dependent child to attend a private school.
State law requires all public and private school students to present written evidence of immunization against certain diseases within 30 school days of admission.
