Pastor Kirschbaum was born in Milwaukee, WI. But he's moved around a whole lot. He has lived in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, and Michigan. Today he's proud to call Fort Atkinson his home.

He knew that he wanted to become a Pastor since 5th grade, when he entered into a speech competition. His first 4-minute speech was titled “Who is Jesus”. After much encouragement from Pastors and family, God helped him to see the blessing of being able to help people by sharing the Gospel. He's had the opportunity to share Jesus’s love with people from birth, college, marriage, to the end. It’s an amazing thing to be a part of people’s lives.When you serve – the responses that you see fill you up. He gets to do that job every day. It’s amazing!

His wife, Karrie, and he met in Branson, MO. She was there working to be a dance instructor and he was working in restaurants paying for college. Their first date was to Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede. He proposed three months later. They were married in 2010. In 2013, the Lord blessed them with their beautiful daughter, Elianna. Currently, Elianna loves piano and basketball and is in fourth grade. His wife, Karrie, is the central office administrator for Lutheran Women's Missionary Society

When he's not sharing God's word, Pastor Kirschbaum enjoys playing basketball, cooking, or traveling.
